1. Use of Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use Autunomy. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for any activity conducted through your account.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity on your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Terms.
3. Subscription and Payments
Autunomy operates on a credit-based subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees specified on our upgrade plan page within the web app.
All payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store or process your payment details directly. Please refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy for more information.
You are responsible for managing your subscription. No refunds are offered for unused credits.
4. Credits and Usage
Your plan includes a specific number of credits per billing cycle. 1 credit = 1 intelligent action (such as AI generation, insights, automation, etc.).
Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may expire at the end of your billing period unless otherwise stated.
5. Data and Privacy
We collect and store your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes profile information, app usage, and integrations. Payment data is handled by Stripe.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
Reverse-engineer or copy any part of our systems or content
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and branding on Autunomy are the property of Autunomy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not use our brand, designs, or content without explicit permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Autunomy may integrate with external services such as Stripe, Webflow, Supabase or others. We are not responsible for the behaviour or policies of these third-party platforms.
Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autunomy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we’ll notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
